At Karameli.Co, every gift and chocolate hamper is handcrafted with love and customized especially for you.
Since all our creations are personalized and perishable, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed.

💛 Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take utmost care in packaging and shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged, melted, or incorrect, we’re happy to replace it under the following conditions:

1. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.


2. You must provide a clear unboxing video taken from the moment the parcel is opened — this helps us verify the issue.


3. Email us at karameli.cakeshampers@gmail.com with:

Your order number

The opening video and photos clearly showing the issue

 

4. Once verified, we will send a replacement of the same item or one of equal value (based on availability).

5. Courier charges for sending the replacement item will be borne by the customer.

 

Please note:

Replacements are issued only for verified damaged or incorrect items.

We do not offer monetary refunds.

Missing or unclear opening videos may lead to rejection of replacement requests.
